U: How to use "blogging" as your Media Book and revision booklet.
BAT: Use blogging and other technology to record information effectively.
CO: Use Media Terminology throughout verbal and written communication.
Wider Reading (LP5): Explore a series of educational media blogs to see examples of how other students use it - to be done at home.


  • POPPLET: this app is a mindmap app that allows you to make mindmaps easily.
  • PREZI: its a powerpoint app that you can share on there and the app analyses it to see if it was helpful.
  • TIMETOAST: allows you to make timelines which can also be viewed by the public.
  • YOUTUBE VIDEOS: these can be volgs or videos uploaded onto youtube that is viewed by the pubic.
  • EMAZE: this allows you to make presentations, websites, e-cards, blogs and photo albums with templates for them all
  • A LINK TO ANOTHER WEBSITE: this is easy access to another website just by clicking the link.
  • VOKI: this app creates interactive characters that can teach others.
  • SURVEY MONKEY: this is a website that you can make surveys on which other people can access.
  • PADLET: makes mood boards and web pages
  • PINTEREST: this is an app that allows you to pin pictures in different boards according to the theme.
  • MICROSOFT SWAY: newsletters, presentations and documents.
  • POWTOON: helps create videos.
  • CANVA: graphic design tool website also creates business cards, logos and presentations.

    I: can you give an examples of media texts that use these camera work to create meaning?
    T: try to use examples of media texts in your work as much as you can to evidence that you are an active media consumer.
